Through his idea of Contemporary Pizza in the Lowlands
in March 2015 by Leonardo Pasquale Nasta. A young and enterprising pizza maker, the third child of a family of restaurateurs who emigrated from Southern Italy, specifically from Corbara (Sa) in the 80s. Thanks to the advice and professionalism gained from his family and the strong connection with his origins, he became passionate about the art of baking and everything surrounding this world. He is attentive to innovation and the rediscovery of flavors of the past. Simple and authentic. Those flavors and aromas that marked his childhood within the family restaurant. Starting with flours, minimally refined, stone-ground. As well as the top-quality raw materials. The ingredients are selected and combined to evoke childhood memories, travels, and homemade aromas, which with today's hectic life are disappearing or have been lost due to the industrialization and standardization of food. Reaching 5th place in the Italian Gastronauta ranking followed by important names in the sector. With his partner Ilaria, he revolutionizes the concept of pizza in the Bassa Reggiana.
